Many Revolut users are facing some issues with their bank and stock trading statements. The users are unable to generate or download any transaction statements due to a bug. According to Revolut, this is an issue that they are already aware of and they are working on a fix.
Revolut introduced a new design and colors to their app. The application is running much faster and updating the data within a split of a second. However, this improvement comes with a cost, many users are reporting bugs which the app didn’t suffer from before. The transaction statement issues may be very critical for stock traders, as this is a tool used for calculating and reporting their income in order to pay their taxes.
Revolut support response
If you are a normal Bank Revolut user or a stock trader using the trading platform on Revolut, and you have met this issue, just be patient and escalate the issue. We contacted the customer support and we got the following answer:
I just wanted to let you know that I have been advised that the issue has been escalated to our product team, and they are investigating this as we speak, however this can also require some additional time and there is still not ETA for the fix. I know it is really an unpleasant situation seen the fact it is not a common one, so I hope that along with the update a resolution comes so that we can rapidly assist you as soon as we can. However, for now, there are no other updates I can provide, but please do rest assure your case is high priority and you will receive a notification once this has been solved on our end.Revolut Support
