Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro have nothing to fear. Realme is still a fresh brand, but the company has already managed to form the opinion of a manufacturer whose devices can compete with equipment such as Xiaomi.
We have learned that the phone will cost less than $140 (the price in India), but probably US and EU buyers will pay a bit more. However, this smartphone may still be one of the most exciting proposals in the mid-range. Also, we have learned that it will be available in two versions. The basic edition of the device will be equipped with Snapdragon 665 and 4 GB of RAM, while the Pro edition will be on Snapdragon 710 and 8 GB of RAM. Let’s hope that both models will get a sensational four-module camera as it has been discussed many times before.
A camera with a 64-megapixel photosensor
The two devices should not land on the market alone, as according to a new leak, Realme is considering lifting the veil on another product with a 64-megapixel camera. However, this model, allegedly called Realme X Pro, would not arrive at the same time as Realme 5. The device will be available around October 2019.
Although the company did not provide detailed information at the recent press conference, we know that the new smartphone series will benefit from four back cameras. There will be a primary lens, a wide-angle camera, a super-macro lens, and a depth sensor. Unlike Realme 5, Realme X Pro should not have a depth sensor. Instead, it would be a telephoto lens.
